Omgirl uses only the finest fabrics, including velvety organic cotton velour, stretchy and breathable organic cotton/Lycra, silky modal, cozy fleece and the softest terry. Omgirl is proudly designed and manufactured in Los Angeles, California, in a sweat-shop free environment. Every aspect of producing the collection, from cutting and sewing, to dyeing and packaging, takes place within a 1-mile radius, leaving the tiniest of carbon footprints on our delicate planet.
We will despatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it and most orders placed before 12pm will be despatched the same day. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason we will let you know as soon as we are aware. The majority of orders are despatched via the Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For service, however some items are sent via Special Delivery or via Parcel Force’s 48 hr service. All items will require a signature at your end, so we recommend you use a daytime address e.g. your workplace. We regret that we do not accept international orders.
We want you to be delighted when you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. If you return goods to us in their original condition, within 14 days of the date on the receipt, we will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). (We strongly advise using a recorded postal service.)
If you wish to exchange an item, to avoid disappointment we would recommend immediately placing a new order for the desired item. You could wait for the returned goods to arrive with us and be refunded before ordering, however, there is always a chance that the other item will sell out in this interim period.
