Delivery Promise

Delivery of the majority of items on this site is free (within the UK). However, there is a charge for particularly heavy or cumbersome items e.g. weights. This postage and packaging charge will be displayed on the item description page and also on the shopping cart sub-total.

We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it and most orders will be despatched the same day if placed before 12pm. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason we will let you know as soon as we are aware. The majority of orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For service, however some items are sent via Special Delivery or via Parcel Force’s 48 hr service. All items will require a signature at your end, so we recommend you use a daytime address e.g. your workplace.  We regret that we do not accept international orders.
