Our Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted when you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. If you return goods to us in their original condition, within 14 days of the date on the receipt, we will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).   (We strongly advise using a recorded postal service.)

If you wish to exchange an item, to avoid disappointment we would recommend immediately placing a new order for the desired item.  You could wait for the returned goods to arrive with us and be refunded before ordering, however, there is always a chance that the other item will sell out in this interim period.
